Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in 1989 and a Juris Doctorate degree from Willamette University in 1993. He was admitted to the Oregon Bar in 1993 and the Idaho Bar in 1997. Scott practices only personal injury law and has done so for more than 25 years. He was a founding member of Johnson and Lundgreen in 1998.

Scott takes on challenging cases, but still prevailed at a rate of approximately eighty percent over his last 25 jury trials. Scott believes that most cases can, and should, be settled, but because some lawyers never go to court they will struggle to get fair offers from the insurance companies.

Scott did not plan on being an injury attorney, but while in law school his wife and children were injured in an auto accident. After getting the runaround from a major insurance company, he quickly learned that good, honest people need help in dealing with insurance companies. His career has, and will, remain committed to holding insurance companies to the promises they have made.

Scott and his wife have two children. He also enjoys almost any athletic event and still participates, even though his body has been telling him it’s time to quit.
